$75/session  

HS Boys March Conditioning with VASTA

HS Girls Scrimmages:   
Wednesday March 3: 5 - 6 pm
Wednesday March 10: 5 - 6 pm 
Sunday March 14: 5:30 - 6:30 pm 

$15/dropin or $60/player for all above scrimmages (save $45)

U18 Girls Premier Lacrosse Travel Team

The Goals and Mission Statement of the program are threefold:

• To develop each player to become the best and healthiest lacrosse player they can be; to reach their potential
• To establish a comprehensive travel team for girls in the state of Vermont
• To provide our players key exposure to college and university recruiters, with proper recruiting information and direction

The Rules and Requirements of the program are:

• Players are required to attend 6 practices out of the offered 8 practices for each segment of the program or schedule a makeup practice in order to qualify for the summer tournaments.
• Players must commit to at least two of the three tournaments. 
• Players must display a dedication to improve themselves and a willingness to commit to a team.
• Players must be willing to continue an aerobic work out routine around the Field House scheduled lacrosse team practices.
