After a fifteen year hiatus, Pam Nuovo returned to her yoga mat in 2002, as a result of a gift from her husband: a three month membership at a Health Club. Routinely showing up for yoga classes turned her skepticism into gratitude for his gift. A steady diet of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga prepared her for the opportunity to train with David Swenson at Yoga Vermont in the summer of 2006. She teaches a variety of classes including Ashtanga, Flow and gentle yoga, always bringing a calm voice and an athletic style to her classes. She keenly hopes that her students will find their own inner connection to this ancient form of movement, which unites body, mind and spirit.
